Growing up-How it effects our mental health...???

How does the growing up effect our mental health?

Now a days there are many mental health issue that are develop in growing up stages of the children. These mental health issue are neurodevelopment issue, depression, anxiety, stress disorder etc.

At the age 5 to 10 years we think we can to very thing as we are not aware of our surrounding and we set our goal very high when we reach at the age of our teen and we are not able to get any oppurtunities to achieves our goal and sometime the financial condition are not enough to achieve our goal and get the higher education and achieve our goal that thing leave a very deep impact on our mental health because we are not able get what we dream at our early stage of growing up it can also lead to the depression and other mental health issue.

The teenage is very important in growing up stages in this period the emotion of the person is very high and the hormones is very active the chances of getting mental illness in teenage is very high and also they experience very emotional turmoil and to reduce their depression and the anxiety they also can develop the habit o the smoking and the worst case they start getting indulge in the drugs and try to attempt the suicide.

Technology and its effect on the growing age

In recent years the technology is expanding and its effect the every area of our life. Technology change the way of our communication and because of this the world is became a global village but it have many negative impact on the growing stage. The increased in the usage of the screen and the social media in the children and in teens increased the risk of the depression and anxiety as the development of the children is depend on the different factor but they tend to use only the technology at their growing stage which leads to the depression, low-self-esteem and the working in the group form and they are not able to focus on their daily routine.as the increase in the time with the technology that decrease the time that we spent on our physical activities that can help us to release our stress and decrease the risk of developing the mental illness issues.

Spoiling children at their growing age and their effect on the mental health

Those parents who spoil their children too much at their growing stage are harmful for children

and as well as the society. They think themselves very superior and they do not acknowledge other in front of themselves and they are often indulge in bullying other in the school that develop the mental illness in those students and they take everything for granted.

Those children who are spoiled too much at their growing stage they depend on others too much which can cause them troubles in the future from which they are not aware and when they start to realize their responsibility and are not able to fulfil them than they are likely to develop the mental issue that is depression ,anxiety etc. They source of happiness is other not themselves because they depend on other too much.

The spoiled child are unable to fulfil their responsibility and unable to understand their limits when to stop they most likely to develop the habit of drinking gambling and other bad habits. They are unmotivated and unhappy with their lives and develops a mental health issues in those children who are spoiled at their growing up stage.

They are very disrespectful to the other and they make fun of everyone which is not good because it will affect the mental health of the other because those children are not considerate to the other because sometime they say many means things to the person it will leave the very deep impact on the person and can cause the development of the mental health issue.

Is there any relation between physical health and the mental health..???

Mental health and the physical health is interlinked as if our mental health is not good we are in the depression then will have a long term effect on our physical health because we lost interest in engaging to those activity which we like to do.

In my opinion now a days we only talk about the mental health of a person however mental health is important but our physical health carry an equal importance as our mental health but we neglect our physical health in our daily routine. Our mind and body is one thing these are not separate if we have some physical health issue it can also cause a mental health issue it is not necessary that only mental health issue can cause the physical health issue like if we are not mentally relax it can cause the heart problem anxiety can cause the stomach issue. As the mental health issue can cause the physical health issue physical health issue can also cause the mental health issue like the depression can cause by the headache.

How can we improve our mental and physical health?

We can improve our mental health and physical health by doing some physical activities which help us to keep our mind relax as exercise considered to be an important thing to maintain our mental fitness like workouts , jogging , swimming , cycling ,boxing and dancing etc. These physical activities help us to release our stress and fresh our mind and increase our self-confidence and also these activities can get us into the nature which help us to keep relax which help us to come out from the depression and the anxiety.

We should eat well and take healthy food it can also it will help us in strengthen the physical health and change our mood when our mood is good and we do not take any kind of stress than the percentage of developing the mental illness is reduce in short if we have a good physical health than also we have a great mental health.

5 ways to help people with troubling mental health

How can we help people with troubling mental health?

Mental Heealth Matters

It might not be easy for someone with severe mental problems, but it is possible to sort things out for someone going through some severe depression and anxiety.

1. Ask them out

You know someone has poor mental health; ask them out. Ask them what’s disturbing them while maintaining their comfort zone as much as possible. However, explaining your mental state is not that easy to talk out.

    2. Share a relatable story to console them

Go for a little practical approach and comfort them while relating any well-known personality’s mental health journey, if you know. Tell them how they overcame it and defeated it with their self-power.

    3. Enlighten them with some easy to do things

Moreover, enlighten them with some easy-to-do things and indulge them in activities that can have their attention diverted for as long as possible. Make them realize how normal life is by talking about random everyday stuff.

     4. Listen to Them

One of the most crucial points is to listen. Listen to them regardless of how much they have to say or how illogical talk it may get. Just give them an ear for as long as they need. Let them burst out stuff so they might feel light.

     5. Expert Advice

Lastly, if it is not as effective as you thought it would be, make them realize most casually that they need some expert’s advice and refer them to some well-known psychiatrist or any mental health foundation.

Relationships and mental health

Relationship and Mental Health

A common misconception is when people only relate mental health with mental illness, whereas mental health is much more than depression, anxiety, and mental sickness. Mental health is very closely associated with relationships. Mental health also revolves around the well-being and positive state of mind of a human being, which is achieved through healthy relationships.

In support of the given statement, a widespread misinterpretation of the term ‘relationships’ is when relationships only refer to two individuals sharing bonds of love and intimate relation. However, relationships are much more than just this. Relationships like two friends, mother-daughter relations, colleagues sharing the bond of empathy, roommates are all a few examples of such bonds that we may develop and are so close to our heart that when it begins to fall apart, our mental health begins to deteriorate.

Can relations affect mental health?

Ups and downs can be observed in almost every relations. Any relation that a human associate closely with the heart ultimately hurts them when any challenging circumstances are made. The person begins to overthink, their appetite is affected, their sleeping routine gets upset, temporarily aggression can be built within a person, or the person is expected to react furiously to any stimuli.

How can healthy relationships improve mental health?

Research suggests that healthy, supportive, and long-lasting relations cause a person to live longer, healthier and happier. It has been observed that people with healthy relations have lower blood pressure, feel less anxious, are less vulnerable to complexes, and heal quicker than those with troubled relations.

Engaging with people who listen to your talk with interest causes the person the release stress and helps them to process their emotional state. Similarly, having healthy and productive conversations with others lets the person live a meaningful life. Such positive relations are often why people get motivated to lead a well-balanced life.

Social relationships lead to mental illness

Social relations seem to connect with a person’s well-being closely. Having poor relations solely based on the social platform has long been a critical trigger for affecting mental health in the worst case possible. People tend to rely on connections they make through any social platform. When, due to some reason, they are to face social isolation, their mental health deteriorates to the extent that they no longer can survive without having to pay a visit to a psychologist every week or so.

How to pursue and foster healthy relations?

Unhealthy relations can quickly trigger mental imbalance, which needs to be settled to live a relaxed, stress-free life. Therefore, it is essential to pursue relationships with food to the soul. To serve the purpose, it is essential to check on the loved ones to be aware of their well-being, make regular plans with family, go out with friends, and have enough time to spend with someone with whom you can speak your heart out.

Mental health has become a renowned treatable disease that needs to be catered to as soon as possible. The more it’s lingered on, the more severe it is expected to get. Work on maintaining healthy relations and connections with your loved ones and with people you encounter daily, be it your colleagues, classmates, boss, or friends.

"Reading"-It's impact on our mental health!!

Reading and its effect on mental health
An open book laying on grass

Reading in my opinion is the most mysterious activity I’ve ever encountered.  While reading a thriller book we find ourselves imaging the whole scenes and also when reading fantasy novels, we can imagine things that don’t make any sense practically than how does our brain imagines those scenarios? How do we can see things in our mind that are not seen before? How can we humans imagine differently while reading the same book? The book can be a fantasy, love story, action story or even alien story we’ll still be able to imagine the scenes, characters and the voices too.

When I read books, I can hear the characters talking while reading their dialogues and even if I’m reading a life lesson book, I can still hear their voices. I imagine the characters, voices and the surroundings too. Once I was reading a book where the characters were visiting Turkey, and I who never went out of the city where I was born, can literally visualize Turkey, sitting in my sofa, eating snacks and having a warm cup of coffee. If the character is enjoying a view, a song or anything I enjoy with them too. Just like how we sometimes connect the vibes of a song and create the whole ambiance from it. This depends on how a writer executes their art too but have you ever thought of how despite being so normal we can visualize such extra ordinary things.

Reading is just an art which takes a visit of our brain and makes every part of our brain active. When we read something, our brain is fully active and focuses on the smallest details of the content we read. Our brain is active and focused during reading that it improves our brain power. Just like how after exercising our body becomes stronger, reading makes our brain stronger.

Reading takes you to another world

When we are reading our mind can only think of what we are reading. It takes all the focus from everything and diverts into reading. When I feel stressful or upset, I tend to read some good book that I’ve read 100 times before but I’ll still read again and my stress, mood swings and sadness just disappears and I find myself focused into that book or story. I find myself imagining the characters and even different imaginary worlds. That’s how impactful reading is. It takes to a whole new world tour by just sitting in your room.

A book opening another world inside it

Reading acts as therapeutic

Reading is an art that also is therapeutic for us. Having to focus on small details of writing is very healthy for our brain. We can emotionally feel what a book character says or feels. It also stimulates our emotions and we feel emotionally attached to the characters or books. Reading is a great catharsis for our emotions. For example, while reading Harry Potter, I was sobbing on the death of Professor Dumbledore it was the greatest shock for me and so upsetting that I was reading the scene at 3 am and I had to hide myself in my pillows so that my family can’t hear me crying just for a book character. For them it was just a character but for me he was PROFESOR DUMBLEDORE!!! How can I not cry for him who was with me for 6 books but now my favorite character was betrayed by his own ally (Well that’s how it seemed at that time).

Reading cures disorders too!!

It has been proved through scientific researches that reading proves beneficial for mental health issues and it improved people's mental health.  Active brain can avoid many diseases and specially at old age. An inactivity in brain increases the chances of people getting affected by diseases such as Alzheimer’s or Dementia, so reading helps in keeping your mind active. In this era, where mental health issues are rising rapidly and we can’t even find the time to go for therapy, such simple activity of reading can help you a great deal. So get out of that procrastination mode and jump to good book your friend has been telling you to read since forever and its never too late to adopt a healthy hobby. Have good read!!

MUSIC IS DESTROYING MENTAL HEALTH ?

Technological development and excessive usage of mobile phones have lead the world towards countless mental illnesses beyond a person’s imagination. The transforming world at super-sonic pace and increased competitive behaviors among individuals with the want of more and more has lead a generation of youngsters more vulnerable to mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, hypertension and constant stress. A world formed within our mobile phones at just a single click away from us has left us comparing ourselves with everyone on social media and the hyper reality that it follows, leads the thought processes of a person towards something which becomes uncontrollable for them to take care of, if not identified by themselves and set limits to. No doubt, positive sides do beheld and outgrow various factors that have helped shape the world into the form it is right now, in many better ways, but the ultimate effect that everyone is bearing in form of mental health is something not to be ignored at all, let alone the stigma of talking about it.

Excessive scrolling on social media, mobile addiction, repetitive behaviors, constant boredom and fatigue are the aspects that are usually focused upon by researchers when discussing the effects these terminologies have on our mental health.

Meanwhile, talking about the effects music has on our mental health, we settle down and become less impulsive when we listen to music, which is due to the rhythmic and repeated elements of the song. Music is frequently used to match or alter our emotional state. While there are certain advantages to matching music to our mood, doing so can have the unintended consequence of keeping us in a sad, angry, or nervous state.

Whereas positive effects being discussed that the music has on our mental health include, reduction in stress, that is, the melodies that we listen to, with the frequency it is settled upon, different pitches affect our mood differently whereas mostly it has proven to be helpful in releasing stress for the listener. Secondly it elevates a person’s mood and motivation towards certain things, third, it is said to help improvise focus of a person, and also help in reducing anxious and depressive thoughts for a person.

For most people, music is an important part of their daily lives. Be it their aily travelling, they listen to music to keep them going. Some people turn up a favorite playlist to keep them going during a workout, too. Many people even turn their music on even cooking, taking a shower, as well as while they wrap the laundry.

For some people, music is a way to be creative, for others it's a way to relax, and for us, it can have a big impact on our mood. Music can make us dance, run faster, calm our minds, and make us remember things. Producing your own melodies, even if you just play a guitar or write lyrics to a song, proves beneficial in expressing and processing your feelings. How you feel is more important than how it sound. One thing to be mindful of is that no one has to listen to your music unless you want them to.

Emotional control is an important part of mental health. People who can't control their emotions are more likely to have psych mood disorders like distress. Medical practitioners know how powerful music can be when it comes to emotions. They can use music to help their clients improve their moods and even help relieve the symptoms of psychiatric mood disorders like depression. Besides, countless humans already hear music under their own to help them deal with their emotions. There isn't much information out there about how this kind of music listening affects their mental health, though. Brain imaging shows how people's brains respond to different types of music and how that affects how they control their emotions. In a study, it was found that men who use music to deal with negative emotions react badly to aggressive and sad music.

A STORY OF DEPRESSION- SUSHAN SINGH RAJPOOT

SUSHAN SINGH RAJPOOT

Depression, a word that has become one of the most commonly known mental illness around the globe, needs little or no introduction because of its abundant presence and the way almost every human being has to go through it. Depression is majorly said to happen when one starts perceiving cognitive distortions, relies upon past too much and starts thinking in a way that they find no escape from and feels like all doors have been closed upon them. There are many forms of depression, but dysthymia is one of the most common and most serious. It impacts how you feel, how you reckon, and how you behave. Luckily, it can also be fixed. Distress leaves you feeling sorrowful and lose interest in things you used to enjoy. This can cause a wide range of physical and emotional problems, and that it can make it hard for you to operate and live a normal life. It includes symptoms of sadistic mood, mood swings, loss of appetite which ultimately results in loss of weight, either feeling trouble sleeping or spending too much time sleeping, feeling exhausted, also including obvious physical effects as well such as shivering of hands, or feeling the urge to move around too much and not being able to sit still and concentrate, aspiring more social validation or acceptance and increased requirement of sense of belongingness, and in worst cases the suicidal thoughts.

Talking about our concerned case, a renowned Indian celebrity named Sushant Singh Rajput, born and raised in India, had reportedly committed suicide in his apartment, aged 34. Major causes were reported as the experiences he had been facing at the time and that he was going through depression. Sushant Singh was one of the toppers of his board during his college says and had gotten acceptance into an engineering university on scholarship basis due to his phenomenal academic performance and had immense love for physics and inventions and graduated as the topper of his batch during his engineering degree. Sushant gained worldwide fame with his career as an actor for Bollywood industry. Depression can acquire any form and can occur due to any reason, even much bigger celebrities who have starred in Hollywood such as Jim Carrey also go through worst forms of depression. Regardless of a person’s social status, his income or any other metric of success, a person can become prone to depression where they get stuck upon certain aspect of life and find it hard to come out of those thoughts. Story of Sushant Singh alarms us about awareness of mental health and acceptance regarding talking about it that is direly needed which already is a stigma to talk about mental health. In a world of such rapid changes and growing number of innovations and with such hyper reality at one click’s distance has left most of people around the globe comparing themselves to other people who are super competitive and achievement oriented. These behaviours have left people emotionally distorted which further lead them into developing negative thoughts about life and ending up as getting depressed. A depressed person might seem like living a normal life and having a good time doing what they do in their regular routines, but have depressing thoughts in their solo time, which is the reason mental health advocates urge and campaign for the awareness of mental health so that people become aware of their surroundings and notice if their friend or peer is going through such thing and offer them a helping hand in order to ease their racing thought of depression.

Sushant Singh was observed to live a normal life whereas reports say that he had been facing depression due to various unknown reasons. The death of young actor had become the talk of town ending up with people narrating different reasons for the cause of Sushant becoming depressed such as facing bullying in the industry and the decline of his career due to his personal conflicts with other industry dominant figures. The reasons yet are still unknown to the day as to what lead Sushant into depression and suicide but has become a lesson for us all to take care of the people around us and keep checking upon our friends and family if we notice any changes in their usual behaviours.

Screen usage-How it effects the mental health..!!!!!

Does the usage of screen really effect the mental health? How does screen usage really affect the mental health?

Everything have good or bad impact on us it’s depend on us how we utilize those thing take example of usage of the screen if we use it properly it will beneficial for us if we use in not productive way we will damage our self.

In the last two decades we have seen the digital technology bloom well that is also why we spend our most of time on the screen. Many studies shows that the more usage of the screen can cause the depression and mental health issues.

Usually kids and the adults now a days spend most of their time on the screen so that they are not able to do the physical activities and also they are not able to interact with their friends and the family face-to-face that thing lead to the reduction in the mental growth and increase the risk of depression.

Those who spend more than six hours on the screen and don’t do the physical activities they were distracted, less emotionally stable and also find difficulty to finish the task it also cause the obesity and different other types of the diseases in the children and the adults who spend more time on the screen.

Covid-19(Lock down) and screen usage

During the period of the lockdown the usage of the screen rapidly because everyone is at home and do their work from the home through different app and there is also many business which raise in the lockdown but again these are the online business which increase the screen time and the universities student take online classes and do their assignment on the laptop which increase the agitation level in the students and also that decrease the creativity level.

Many studies shows that in the lock down people are unable to interact with each other and they spend more time on screen that cause tension in the person and they are unable to focus on the work from home and their studies which leads to decrease in the quality result.

Does usage of screen low the self-esteem and increase the depression in the person?

The constant increase in the time on the screen develop the depression in the human being they spend more time on the social media in our opinion that we are connected with our family and friend but we are not connected we just replacing our real time relation with the screen. The use of mobile, tabs and the laptop is the sedentary time which leads to the depression in the person. This thing also effect the personal life because we are not able to give our time to our family.

We spent our more than half time on the social media while the screen usage on which we see many influencer and the celebrity which have the strong impact on us and we tart compare ourselves with them and try to copy them which leads to the low self-esteem you will feel discourage about that thing and the negative talk on the social media will also affect your mental health you may think poorly about yourself.

Effect on sleep

The usage of the screen have an impact on

our sleep we watch our favorite shows

,drama and play games  before going to the

sleep that effect our quality of sleep and the duration

of the sleep which leads to the worsen the mental health condition that include the depression and anxiety etc. We can observe these things in the kids and in the teenager. We should not use the mobile at least 30 min before going to the bed in order to have a quality sleep.

Support your mental health rather than harm it by using the screen we should use it in mindful. Parents should limit the usage of the mobiles, tabs etc. They should engage their children in physical activities.

Traffic and It's Impact on Mental Health!!

Traffic and It's Impact on Mental Health

A lot of cars in a speed on road

Road traffic has always been a distraught start of the day for everyone. Although traffic has always been an unpleasant interaction on road since the invention of roads and cars but due to increasing population and use of vehicles has made traffic much more stressful. Production and consumption of vehicles worldwide has gone to approximately 92 million per year. Although infrastructure, road size, traffic rules and regulations have been improved according to the increased used of automobiles but still everyone face traffic issue.
Have you ever thought that how a traffic on road can effect your mental health immensely?
It is a human psyche that he can't wait for too long and when someone has to reach somewhere on time, road traffic becomes even more irritating.

An animation of a hot sunny day in which a person is getting angry due to heavy road traffic

But waiting in a long cue is not the only part of traffic but the pressure and stress of reaching on time, the horns around you creating noise pollution, the stress of getting out of that mess, the stress that someone behind you is waiting for you to get aside, and when the weather is not pleasant for you it also becomes a stress. And when you start your day with such kind of stress your day as a whole becomes a stress. Naturally you become irritated to everything around you, your mind be still in that traffic and getting confused, you can't work properly and there's no productivity left in your day.

Traumas on accidents leading to stress
A recent research mentioned in "International Journal on Environmental Research and Public Health" stated that road traffic indicates around 2 - 3% increase in depression risk.
Traffic noise and stress results in different behaviors and reactions of individual from different sources of traffic noise. Research has found that different kind of source of traffic noise has different effects on individual's mind for example some horns are more irritating than others causing more abrupt reactions of individuals. These reactions may lead to more stressful environment and becomes a reason for depression and anxiety and even road accidents are caused by such kind of chaos made in road traffic. Approximately 1.3 million people are met with accidents in road traffic.

A pictorial cycle showing how road accident can cause traumas for life in your mind

Accidents due to road traffic is another issue to discuss but the after affects due to road accidents are severe as it usually gives a lifetime trauma or depression to survivor or usually to the family of that individual. Also the road traffic accidents around 3 percent of GDP is lost due to Deaths and injuries. Nonfatal Road traffic accidents have different outcomes i.e., psychological suffering, Cognitive dysfunction, adjustment disorder, functional impairment, loss of quality of life. Most common disorders of accident survivors are Acute Stress Disorder (ASD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, etc. These factors are usually ignored while taking care of physical injuries but they have to be looked upon as they can disrupt an individual's whole life quality.
These above are all the consequences of traffic and the chaos made due to traffic which can be minimized in various ways.

Cars on road and screen showing technology management of road traffic

Government and traffic Rules, policies, projects on development (like providing quality and safe road infrastructure, strict punishments on violations on rules, training traffic police more, spreading awareness, using advance systems to over look and regulate traffic, providing quick services on any emergency on road causing traffic to reduce it) play an important role in controlling not only the irregularity in roads but might also help in controlling the consequences of this traffic in shape of depression and anxiety.
Besides the traffic police and government it is our duty as a good citizen to take care of the policies, behave patiently and spread awareness to others to follow the rules to reduce the factors creating traffic like over speeding, distracted driving etc.
Another initiative we can take is that we should minimize the access use of automobiles on road. If it is not necessary don't use a four seater car for one person you can use a public transport or can ask for friends to give you a ride if they are going the same place.
Also as a student or worker when you have a day to day routine of going somewhere instead of going alone per vehicle you should avail for a company, University or School bus to reduce traffic or at least you should be getting out of your home at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to your required time as it will reduce the stress of being late.
We should spread awareness on this and motivate others to do the same. It will reduce the traffic on the road, lesser will be the chaos and noise pollution and lesser will be the risk of depression.

Obsession vs Addiction-How does it impact your mental health?

Obsession vs Addiction-How does it impact your mental health?

Chains

Obsession and addiction are two terms which are mostly confused with each other. If you ask someone what is the difference between two, they will always mix up these two terms. And majority of the people think that these two have similar meanings but in reality, they are two really different things. Let’s get into the meaning of these two terms.

a girl holding a clock and standing between several clocks
Obsession is basically when your mind gets filled up by something or someone. You tend to think around that object or person. You can’t seem to help but have thoughts about those certain things. Now it may seem like these thoughts are troubling someone’s mind but if we look deeper in it, people start living their life around these obsessions they have. And they may be tiring for them but it can’t be helped.

Brain is tired and holding shopping bags
In comparison, if we talk about addiction, addiction is some kind of escape our minds takes. A person tries different ways to go far away from the reality and becomes addicted to it. Because that person finds comfort in this escape. Not having to face the cruel reality can be a huge comfort but also too harmful for us because nonetheless we will have to face the reality in the end and that addiction will not let us face it. These addictions make a person weak because it makes us rely on something that is basically very bad for us.

Let’s assume that a person is not able to take his/her mind off from washing hands again and again. Even after washing hands for nth time, they still feel unhygienic and are not satisfied. This is the examples of obsession. Where as addiction is a situation where a person depends on something such as alcohol, drugs or even those things that may not seem harmful at first but can cause damage if excessively used.

Obsession is basically fear of something, a person is always concerned about certain things like blindly following superstitions, always thinking of ways to hide themselves or else they will do something shameful or will get insulted by doing something awkward. They constantly overthink over many aspects that seem like normal to everyone else. For example, normally people won’t be affected that much by seeing things out of order but someone who is obsessed with having everything organized in order will not be able to tolerate it for even a second because they are obsessed with having everything organized and in order.

Using social mediafor gratification but still sad

Addiction can be also for many different things. People can get addicted to anything that helps them escape the reality or is some kind of external support to their minds. For example, many students get addicted to coffee or caffeine during exams season because it keeps their mind awake and they can focus more on their studies. Now this routine becomes so strong that even after getting what they want for that specific time, they can’t let go of that habit they developed during this time. This becomes so much difficult later on as your mind starts depending on that specific thins and you start using it excessively which can have a huge impact on their health.

These two terms are so confused with each other that we don’t even try to look for the facts and its impact on our mental health. They both are bad for us but they are treated differently. If we always confuse them, we will never be able to treat them correctly until and unless we get professional help. So, we should have at least this much awareness for such terms that we will not be affected badly with them. We should always try to educate ourselves for such minimal topics to avoid getting in their dangerous aspects. This type of awareness is very important for us, specially in this digital era where we have more exposure to everything, we also have accessibility to any kind of information. So, make sure to have some time to educate yourself for your own good.
